AZ 98 is a state highway in the state of Arizona that provides a connection between US 89 in Page and US 160.
Course
AZ 98 begins at its intersection with US 89 in Page; in real life the highway runs to the south of town, while in the game it passes through the town proper. Leaving Page, the highway passes the Navajo Generating Station, a now-defunct coal-fired power plant represented in the game by a Gallon refinery. The highway then crosses the Kaibito Plateau, and ends at US 160 in the Klethla Valley.
