US 163

U.S. Route 163 (US 163) is a north–south US Highway in northeastern Arizona and southeastern Utah in American Truck Simulator. It runs from US 160 in Kayenta to US 191 west of Bluff, through Monument Valley and Mexican Hat.

Course

US 163 originates in Kayenta in the northeastern corner of Arizona at an intersection with US 160. Exiting the city north, the route crosses the Utah border into Monument Valley, where there is a viewpoint on the state line. The route passes through the town of Mexican Hat, crossing the San Juan River before reaching US 191 at its northern terminus west of Bluff.

Release History

• In the initial version of the Arizona map expansion DLC, the section of US 163 within Kayenta was added, although the route was unsigned at the time.
• In update 1.35, US 163 received dedicated in-game signage, and the existing route was reworked, removing a rest stop in the Kayenta area.
• In update 1.36, further improvements were made along the route.
• In the initial version of the Utah map expansion DLC, the section of US 163 from Kayenta to US 191 west of Bluff was added.
• In update 1.58, the section of US 163 in Arizona was completely rebuilt as part of the Route 66 rework.
