Rachel is a scenery town in Nevada featured in the base game of American Truck Simulator. It is located in the southeastern part of the state, on SR 375 southeast of Tonopah, northwest of Las Vegas, and southwest of Pioche.
An Easter egg can be found by the mountains to the west of the settlement. During the night, one can see a pair of mysterious bright lights flying around. This is likely a reference to the fact that in real life, Rachel is the closest settlement to Area 51.
Landmarks
The known in-game landmark of Rachel is the Little A'Le'Inn (in-game name: Little Alien).

There is a rest area in front of the Little A'Le'Inn.
