The Landesstraße B174 (also known as the Innsbruck Road) is a short state road in western Austria which is contained entirely within the city of Innsbruck, connecting the B171 on the west side to the A12 on the east side. The route was added to Euro Truck Simulator 2 as part of the Austria rework in update 1.44.
