Jefferson City is the capital city of Missouri. It is featured in the Missouri map expansion DLC for American Truck Simulator.

In addition, there is a Sea Horizon marina located south of the city in Lake Ozark.

The US50 runs west towards Sedalia and Kansas City (the latter via the US71) and east to St. Louis.
The US54 runs northeast to Kingdom City and southwest to Lake Ozark, Collins, and Nevada.
The US63 runs northwest to Columbia and Kirksville and southeast to Rolla and Arkansas.

The achievement Ozark Explorer requires the player to trigger at least 12 viewpoint markers in Missouri, one of which is in Jefferson City.
Jefferson City is named after Thomas Jefferson, the third President of the United States.
