Glendambo is a town in the Australian state of South Australia. It is featured in 18 Wheels of Steel: Extreme Trucker and Extreme Trucker 2 through the Australian Outback map.
In Extreme Trucker, the town is shown on the map with its name. In Extreme Trucker 2, it is not marked on the map, however the name of the town is still shown in the job market.

The A87 runs towards Coober Pedy and Alice Springs to the north, and Woomera and Port Augusta to the south.
