Fort Smith is a city featured in the Arkansas map expansion DLC for American Truck Simulator. It is lcoated in the eastern part of the state on the border with Oklahoma, south of Fayetteville and north of Idabel.

In addition, there is a Vortex unloading point just south of the city along US 71.

The IS40 runs west to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and east to Little Rock.
The IS540 connects the I-40 on the northeast side of the city to the US271 in Oklahoma southwest of the city.
The US64 runs west to Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
The US71 runs south to Y City, De Queen, and Texarkana.

The achievement I Saw Arkansas requires the player to trigger at least 8 viewpoints in Arkansas, one of which is in Fort Smith.
