Darchelle Uzau is a former winemaking company in American Truck Simulator. It was originally featured in the base game, but was gradually phased out during the various stages of the California rework in favor of its counterpart, Mon Coeur. At its peak, Darchelle Uzau operated seven depots across Arizona, California, Idaho, and Oregon.

Trivia
- The achievement "Cheers!" initially required drivers to deliver cargo from three Darchelle Uzau vineyards in California. However, over the course of subsequent updates, all the required vineyards were eventually transferred to Mon Coeur.
- Darchelle Uzau was founded in 1874 in California.
- Despite being removed from the game as a deliverable company, trucks towing Darchelle Uzau-branded trailers can still spawn as a part of the in-game traffic.
