Deliver a variety of cargo across an expansive region of land centred around an industrial city. Enjoy complete freedom in the choice of freight to deliver while exploring the environment.
~ In-game description.

Freeform Driving is a game mode in Scania Truck Driving Simulator.

Gameplay

Freeform Driving levels are open worlds that have no time limit, allowing players to pick up and make endless deliveries.

Objectives

There is not a strict objective in Freeform Driving as levels do not ever finish by themselves, ending only when the player quits through the pause menu. While playing, players are encouraged to follow the mini-map to find trailers (pictured) to deliver, however players may also choose to drive around the map without doing so. Freeform Driving also includes collectibles on both levels, with each individual collectible granting the player a one-time points bonus.

Example of an optional delivery in Deliveries, with mini-map.

Points

Players are able to earn an infinite amount of points. Points in Freeform Driving are saved when the player quits the level and can never be taken away, only gained.

Action Amount of Points
borderless Job completed +10 Points per job
borderless Hard job bonus +5 Points per hard job
borderless No accident bonus +5 Points per job
borderless No traffic offense bonus +5 Points per job
borderless Distance driven +1 Point per kilometre
