In Euro Truck Simulator 2, two Autobunn (Motorway) crosses the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and provides access to its capital city from the west. Aligning with its real-life counterparts, the A6 runs from Luxembourg City north to the Belgian border, while the A3 runs south to the French border.

The two Autobunn lengths in game are close to their real-life lengths. In addition, to match the speed limits of both neighbouring countries, the speed limit of the Autobunn for trucks is 90 km/h (56 mph) throughout.

The two motorways are part of European Route E25, connecting Palermo to Rotterdam.
