The A4 Autoroute / Autosnelweg is a north-south highway in Belgium.
Like the 
nearby, the A4 starts from Brussels in real-life, but in Euro Truck Simulator 2 the section north of the 
is omitted. Nonetheless the A4 serves its purpose of providing a fast access to Luxembourg, as in real-life.
In addition, aligning with the highway signage policy in Belgium, signs on the A4 only indicates the Euroroute it's on, in this case 
and 
(for the short section near the Luxembourgish border).
