The Autoestrada A23 is a highway in Portugal. It was first introduced in the first version of Euro Truck Simulator when it connected the A1 northeast of Lisboa with the A62 at the Spanish border. The highway was then accessible again in Euro Truck Simulator 2 when the Iberia DLC was released on April 8, 2021, but did not reach to the Spanish border. The section between Guarda and Spain became A25 as in real-life, while in Euro Truck Simulator, the A23 ended at the border of Spain.

The highway connects the A1 between Lisboa and Ponte de Sor with the A25 in Guarda.
