Greetings everyone,

Nearly a month ago, I have announced the 10th anniversary of the TruckSim Wiki to kick things off for 2023, and, also mentioned in that announcement, a major change to the wiki was going to occur. Now, after around a month of this change to come, this process is "nearly" completed and is now the time to make the announcement. It's time to say goodbye to Fandom - We have recently moved to the wiki.gg family.

Because we are moving to a different platform, the Fandom Truck Simulator Wiki will no longer be up-to-date and is ceased with any future content as of January 31, 2023. All of the up-to-date content is now in Wiki.gg.

You can migrate your Fandom account to Wiki.gg. All you have to do is go here and follow the directions on how you can migrate your account.

What is Wiki.gg?

It's co-created by the original team behind 'Gamepedia' a popular wiki that was bought by Fandom a few years ago. But now the team is back, fighting Fandom head on. Popular games like ARK, Temtem, Terraria and Fox Hole just to name a few (https://wiki.gg/wikis/) moved over to Wiki.gg.

Closing words

Surely, we will miss Fandom, but in terms of experiencing 10 ads per page, heh, absolutely not. With Wiki.gg, those "annoying" and "irrelevant" ads are gone! No more of the data selling to... *sigh* Facebook. ... I should've known this long time ago.

Anyways, it's time to say our final goodbyes to Fandom and say hello to Wiki.gg. Please note that if you have any questions about the new platform, please ask a Wiki.gg professional. Because I'm new to Wiki.gg, I don't have all of the answers yet.

Goodbye, Fandom. 👋
