“	Russellville is the county seat and largest city in Pope County with an estimated population of almost thirty thousand citizens. It is located on the southern edge of the Ozark Mountains and north of the Arkansas River. In the 1970s, Arkansas' only nuclear power plant was built just outside the city, on the beautiful Lake Dardanelle.	”
