The Paris Metropolitan Area is a metropolitan area in northern France that is featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Paris is enclosed by a ring road consisting of many different motorways, listed below as starting from the north and going clockwise:

Several motorways branch out from the ring road towards other cities:

The A4 runs east to Reims, Metz, and Strasbourg.
The A6 runs southeast to Dijon, Lyon, and Marseille.
The A10 runs southwest towards La Rochelle and Bordeaux and west towards Le Mans and Nantes (via the A11).
The A13 runs northwest towards Le Havre (via the A29) and Rennes (via the A84).
The A16 runs north to Calais.
A minor road runs north towards Calais and Lille.

The A104 and N104 form a partial ring around Paris, with three motorways branching off towards other cities:

In update 1.26, the road network and urban environment of Paris was completely reworked in preparation for the release of the Vive la France! map expansion.^[1]
In update 1.46, a photo trophy was added to the city center.

The achievement Check-in, Check-out requires the player to deliver cargo to at least 3 FLE depots in France, one of which is in Paris.
The Eiffel Tower was included in the original version of Paris, but SCS Software removed it in update 1.26 due to licensing problems. In update 1.55, it has been brought back, being barely visible from the city center.
