Iceland (Icelandic: Ísland) is a country on an island located between North America and Europe and an upcoming map expansion DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Summary
Iceland is a Nordic island nation located in Europe's far north west, on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge that is considered the boundary between Europe and North America. The country is known for its sparse population and heavy volcanic activity, which has made the country a popular tourist destination for its unique natural landscapes. Iceland's only international ferry connection is to Denmark via the Faroe Islands.

- 3 August 2025: A blog post about new landmarks and areas.[4]
- 13 June 2025: A blog post officially announces Iceland will be the next map expansion DLC after Nordic Horizons[5], alongside the Steam store page being released.[6]
- 20 November 2024: An Iceland advert variant has been added in the map editor that is currently unused, with the 'gr' (Greece) tag on the model name. [7]
