Cruising Louisiana

Cruising Louisiana is an event held by SCS Software through the World of Trucks platform featured in American Truck Simulator. The event started on December 4, 2025 and will end on February 8, 2026. It is the sixteenth WoT event to directly coincide with a DLC release, involving American Truck Simulator: Louisiana.

From the vibrant streets of New Orleans to the industrial backbone of Baton Rouge, it’s time to put your driving skills to the test in one of the most culturally rich states in America.

As you travel through the Deep South, there are many must-see locations along your route, to name but a few:

Lake Pontchartrain Causeway - This fixed link features two parallel bridges stretching across Lake Pontchartrain in southeastern Louisiana.
Avery Island - A legendary salt dome and the birthplace of the world-famous hot chilli sauce.
Port Fourchon - Louisiana’s southernmost port and key hub for offshore oil operations in the Gulf of Mexico.
Oak Alley Plantation - A beautifully preserved historic plantation on the west bank of the Mississippi River.

Rules

All American Truck Simulator players using External Contracts or External Market, with a World of Trucks-connected profile may participate in the event.
To participate in the event, a player must complete a delivery to or from 10 out of the 11 marked cities in Louisiana.
Deliveries must have a distance of 100 mi each (161 km) or more to count.

Mission Objective

To achieve the personal goal, each individual player must complete a delivery to or from 10 out of 11 marked cities in Louisiana. Deliveries must be a minimum 100 mi (161 km) in length.
The community goal requires all participating players to travel a combined total of 125,000,000 miles (201,168,000 km).

Rewards

All players completing their personal goal will receive a World of Trucks Achievement, and a Southern Wings paint job as a Steam inventory item.
All players who complete a delivery to or from Baton Rouge will receive a Boudreaux the Bear Steam inventory item for their cabin.
When the community goal is reached all players completing their personal goals will receive the Golden South hanging ornament Steam inventory item for their cabin.
