The Landesstraße B202 (also known as the Swiss Road) is a state road at the western extreme of Austria, connecting the town of Bregenz to the border with Switzerland and Höchst. The route was added to Euro Truck Simulator 2 as part of the Austria rework in update 1.44, and further extended to Höchst during the Switzerland rework in update 1.50.
